How do I book an appointment?

To book, fill out the inquiry form on our website or email us at xqueenbeeartistryx@gmail.com. A 30% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your date.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed only after we receive your 30% non-refundable deposit and signed contract. Dates are not held without both.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash.

When is the remaining BALANCE due?

The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services


What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

Do you charge a service fee?

Yes, a 6% service fee applies to cover administrative and booking costs.

Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

Yes, on peak dates, a minimum of 4 services hair and/or makeup is required to book. If you are unsure whether your date is considered a peak date, please inquire.

What’s the difference between airbrush and traditional foundation?

Airbrush:A lightweight, long-lasting foundation applied with a fine mist for a seamless, matte finish. Water-resistant and perfect for photos, humidity, and all-day wear.

Traditional Foundation:
Applied with brushes or sponges, offering buildable coverage from light to full with a matte, dewy, or satin finish customizable for all skin types.
